If you're new to Listing Alert, review these few brief instructions before you continue.
Listing Alert is a service that allows you to prepare one or more customized searches to find the home you're looking for. Whenever any homes come on the market that match your search criteria, you'll be notified by email with these new listing for your review.
It is very helpful if you will provide the simple feed-back comments to me when you review these homes. Simply select the appropriate option when you review the home to indicate whether you are interested or not. These options appear on the right portion of the display as indicated below.
